Wake at 04:55
Drink a liter of water and take 200mg caffeine and 1000mcg of b12
Body weight exercise, pushups, situps, and dynamic stretching
Shave, shit, and cold shower
Dress, listen to some music and think about the day, week, and month ahead
Grab bag I packed the night before and leave
Break fast around 09:30. I will try to do 16 hour fasts from the night before.
I feel so energetic and hopeful in the morning ever since I started doing this. Really recommend working out before you start your day!

I've been doing this for maybe three-four months now. I'm hopeful that I can keep myself functioning at my best. I have been extremely busy for the past two years and will be completing a major career move in the next month or so and need to stay on top of things. Fasting, cold showers, explosive workouts, and b12 have been proven to improve focus, testosterone production, and HGH production. To this I'd like to add that I've been abstaining from using porn and other drugs(Yes I know caffeine is a drug). It's been helping me to do the large amounts of work I need to as well as helping with depression.
I'm still a young man and I need to treat my body and mind right. This is a part of that for me.
