Wake at 04:55

Drink a liter of water and take 200mg caffeine and 1000mcg of b12

Body weight exercise, pushups, situps, and dynamic stretching

Shave, shit, and cold shower

Dress, listen to some music and think about the day, week, and month ahead

Grab bag I packed the night before and leave

Break fast around 09:30. I will try to do 16 hour fasts from the night before.

I feel so energetic and hopeful in the morning ever since I started doing this. Really recommend working out before you start your day!

Excellent. I would add the Wimm Hoff method to that. Basically its a process of hyperventilating then immediately restricting oxygen for a brief moment, then back to hyperventilation. Do this several times over the course of 2-3 minutes, then jump into an ice cold shower. Supposedly it helps immune functions and releases dopamine and seratonin naturally.
