It's just nice. People, so far, seem genuine. Over time this may fade, but for now the very small community is awesome. Good to see some familiar faces around here too. Good to see virtually no one taking themselves too seriously.

You guys are awesome, stay awesome. As an internet nomad, Voat was nice. But over the past few months logging in and seeing the popular posts there is simply disheartening and toxic. I've been a minority there for some time, I don't really fit in anywhere I go. It's the burden of the middle path.

I just found it as well. I'm looking for an alternative for reddit ATM with all of this 'social media' shit they've been pulling, and when i'm a high enough level I'd like to run some music subs. I love this website so far though :)
