Floated around from site to site, watching people be people. Sometimes awesome, sometimes stupid, sometimes mindless.
Let's see.... I can't stand stupidity in any form although innocent ignorance is just fine. I like clever. A bit techy, a bit artsy, a balance of optimism and cynicism.
What do I need to know about this site? Mechanics? People? Politics? Etc?
That's a rule for life in general. But then, life is more exciting if you don't listen to that rule, right? :)

But welcome! It seems there is an influx of new people here due to the recent happenings on the other sites. I just switched over myself and so far I love it. Its kind of small and quiet right now, but still a few people active everytime I log in. I'm looking forward to watching this place grow.
I never said it would be fun, just interesting.
So far, this place seems alright. I can't help but wonder if it's going to suffer from the inanity and insanity that comes with typical site growth on the internet. I hope not.
