It is spam. They go out of their way to make the page look legit, but it is just clever spam. If you look closely it is marketing. That domain has been showing up regularly for a long time now, and has been warned many times, but continues anyway.

The more I looked at those accounts, the more confusing it became.
Sometimes the 'articles' are about a product. Other times not. All falls under the 'Internet Of Things' umbrella.
I can guess that it is part camouflage. But it was very quickly outed here, and has been buried in downvotes every time it posts. But keeps coming back.
The admins seem to have a better idea of what its motives are. I can only describe the odd behaviour.
