Several. New ad approval stopped roughly when the admins took a summer vacation in August.
Edit: I just recalled that Voat has a merchandise program. A shirt with a goat on it and hoodie, I think.

There was a short-lived partner program they ran for while back. The only other means of monetization I can think of is through ads. A new one appeared yesterday.
