I originally wrote the TOS for an earlier version of the site and it was really just so we could have something that resembled a TOS.

Here is the new TOS.

If you have any suggestions on things that should be taken out, put in or reworded, now's your chance. This probably will not be the final version of the TOS, but at least it is a push in the right direction.

IANAL but isn't there a legal difference between child and minor?

Hmm, maybe we should explicitly state that we mean people under the age of 18 then, rather than using a generic term.
