I originally wrote the TOS for an earlier version of the site and it was really just so we could have something that resembled a TOS.
If you have any suggestions on things that should be taken out, put in or reworded, now's your chance. This probably will not be the final version of the TOS, but at least it is a push in the right direction.
I think we're going to put something on the NSFW setting that says something like "by ticking this box you confirm that you are at least 18 years old".
@Polsaker are we doing that? Is that a thing we're doing?
I suppose I could put in a part next to the "users must be 13 years old" bit that says "users must be 18 years old to opt in for NSFW content".
IANAL but isn't there a legal difference between child and minor?
I honestly thought people would be more bothered about the part that says users can be banned and moderators can be removed for any reason.
But no, you all just want to post horse porn and get the admins arrested.
