He was jailed for graffiti, because he has an extensive record, and a history of ignoring legal orders.

Things have become a little sketchy here since Trudeau started fucking with our speech laws. But generally speaking, we have free speech.
Our speech was only limited from inciting. Trudeaus changes to appease the muslims will not stand up in our courts, though.
