Literally no one in NL wears a helmet when bicycling. I mean my 72 year old father doesnt wear a helmet and my grandmother used her bike long into her 80's without ever wearing a helmet.
Granted we have way safer riding conditions then anywhere in the world (and motorist that are mindfull of bikes) but wearing a helmet while biking........ you dont wear one when you go out walking do you...
