But you might be better served by keeping it all confined to a particular thread @pistolpete, or maybe taking it to PM. Mostly because seeing the new posts clogged up with stuff that makes no sense without the context surrounding it is kind of off-putting.

If someone doesn't reply back to your comment, that's their prerogative. If you make your comments clearly, there will be no confusion as to your feelings on the matter, and you won't need to create pointless threads about things happening in other threads.
