Gambling Website?

I've seen an opportunity to buy the software to run a gambling site. I honestly could see a chance where we could make a lot of money here. The website is a Bitcoin jackpot site. The idea is that you put money into a pot, if you have the most BTC, you have the higher chance of winning. It's similar to https://www.skinjoker.com/. I'm willing to go up to $250-300, but I need investors. I will be offering a massive share to the person who is willing to contribute the most. There will be also little shares for those who buy as well. I have a plan to make money off this as well. The trouble I have is primarily getting money to buy it. Once all that is sorted though, I have a plan to get users to play on the site. I'm on a forum (the one that I'd be buying it off) with a massive Bitcoin gambling community. Advertising on the main board where everyone would see the advertisement is only $20 for 1 week. We could also just casually post on the gambling or cryptocurrency board. I believe this would get a starting base. To get an additional starting base we would need to post to BTC Talk, the largest Bitcoin forum out there, and we'd get a killer amount of users. We could also post to the BTC subreddit. The actual game itself game requires us to invest literally nothing, because they're playing with the money contributed into the pool by other users. We could make money off this by simply taxing each round, therefore allowing me to pay back the investors to this, whoever they may be. When dealing with this dude, I will be absolutely using a middle man. If they try to scam, then we can get our money back and we'll simply be refunded.
