Seriously, fuck exercising. I hate it.

I am not content unless I stuff my stomach. I love stuffing my stomach.

The only way I can be content with my calorie intake is if I look like shit and have health complications because of weight.

Surely you walk from attraction to attraction within a city center or between shops or between stalls and rides at the amusement park. Is walking really that arduous that it ruins the walk from the museum to the zoo? If not, everything else is a matter of scale. If so, 1) how do you get around at all, 2) can you think of anything to distract from the boredom like headphones, people watching, a tasty beverage at the end.

I think shifting your focus away from the effort itself is crucial. Don't grit your teeth and power through exercise, the focus on the dull chore will make you hate it. If you can focus on an enjoyable aspect (city vibrancy, music, sun and birds, architecture, trees and nature and fresh air) as you stroll between sights, exercise will happen without you knowing.

I have no problems walking around the city, I usually walk a kilometer or so a day just going about my day. But I do not enjoy e.g. 30km hike for the fun of it.
