I was over at a friend's place and for whatever reason we were hanging out in his garage. I kept accidentally setting his car's alarm off by just walking by it and every time my friend would yell at me that it freaks his cat out really bad. Eventually we went inside his house and there were clumps of cat fur everywhere and I felt really bad (though there was no preventing that damn car's alarm from going off).

I went looking for the cat and found it in the living room huddled in a corner. When I came in the room it perked up and I slowly approached it. It seemed calm so I went to pet it and say sorry, it purred and rubbed against my leg and all seemed well.

Until I turned to tell my friend that the cat was okay.

Then it pounced on my neck and attacked with honey badger-esque ferocity. I was stunned for several seconds and fell backwards as it continued to gnaw at my neck. Eventually I managed to throw the damn thing off of me which enraged my friend all the more, but at that point I didn't really care, it was his damn finnicky car alarm and rabid cat that were at fault.

I turned to leave when the damn thing came out of nowhere and bit at my neck again. Once again I was stunned while watching it trying to get my jugular but before I could respond to it again, I woke up with quite a start.

0/10 dream, would not recommend.

Think of how much worse you'd feel if you'd have dream beat it to death...
