Was taking my morning walk and saw one of those construction trucks with the large black light boards parked in the middle of our street, as I walked passed I saw the dude smoking a bowl (weed) and the company name on the door. I called the company and reported the driver then called 911 and informed the cops. Not 30 seconds into my call to cops the dude backed up to me and started bitching at me for reporting him. I love when the cops bust a DUI ass wipe
If the police know he was smoking, all they have to do it wait for him to move. They may not even need that, if he's sitting behind the wheel then there's clearly intent.
He still isn't supposed to be doing any sort of drug on the clock and if it's construction that's super risky.
