This is a giant load of horse shit lol. Firstly there's no way that dead skin cells could be biologically active in order to even be an active ingredient. Culturing cells from living cells is not the same as cloning.

Once it was developed they no longer need any foreskin cells. It's the same as the recent advent of creating "human embryos" for the stem cells without actually using human embryos.

Most likely it’s a cell line derived from foreskin. You could start with one and just culture the cells.
