In reality, literally everything that pleases you triggers dopamine release. Cheese, juice, fruit, cake, sex, music, comedy, art, beauty, reading, sunlight, social interaction, bright colours, powerful engines etc.
I halfheartedly agree with the assertion that a generation may have lower self esteem, but so much of this video is asserted that I am skeptical. There are altogether too many "we know, right" phrases chained together.
