My guess.
Guy is arguing with his GF, she locks the door, he tries to get in via the window. She's like nope I'm outta here! They are yelling at each other as she speeds around. Finally he's like wtf am I doing, calmly walks away to gas station to buy some Newports.
That is cool the guy followed to film, but Idk if I would of done that. If he falls from the window, you're probably going to run him over. I wouldn't feel like ruining my day by having to deal with the police BS.
