The workers are happy to get paid a lot more than they usually get, then take some time off once the job is done.
I have been on more than a few sites that were being operated by sleep deprived zombies. It is not safe. It needs to stop. But if the workers don't want it to stop, it probably won't.

No one should be working 16 hour shifts back to back in an industrial or construction setting. The working class really needs to fight for unions again. We've gone backwards.
