It's so frustrating too. His channel posts a fuck load of stuff and so I'm constantly spotting a good subject in the title, only to have to debate if I want to hear his voice for 3-10 minutes.

Ugh, I can't stand this guy. There's so many better hosts out there. But God dammit his channel posts some fascinating stuff that I have to watch.
This topic however is one straight out of that weird era of CIA/DOD playbook of the 50-60's where they were just running with any idea that had some credence.
It sounds good on paper. But trying to seriously sell the idea and all the logistics just becomes ridiculous.
