It is 100% impossible to think this guys videos are intended to incite hate after watching them. I read that the judge even acknowledged that the video he was charged over was a joke. But since the judge felt it was more offensive than funny.. Count's a criminal now. that's fucked.
As a Canadian I sometimes get grief from Americans who often misunderstand our hate speech laws, which prevent mostly only restrict inciting violence. I had assumed UK laws were similar. But I was wrong, the ministry of truth is flexing its power.
