There are many things in this video that convince me of this mans qualification.
The thick sausage fingers of a weathered hand. The correct brand/make of tools in the background. The accent. The pencil that is seemingly welded to his hand. The simple but accurate description of the properties of concrete, and where the stress points are.
But most of all, the nfg red-tag, on a tool that still appears to be in use.

No Fucking Good.
It's used to mark broken or malfunctioning tools, or other items. Once they have a red tag, or are marked nfg, they are not supposed to be used.
But people still do.
