security at all the music festivals i have been to has always been pretty tight, i dont know how anybody could have got a gun on the grounds unless security was completely inept but one of those guns definitely sounded close. concealed carry licenses are not valid if inebriated (at least where i am from) so all those wannabe cowboys were cows led to the slaughter.
oh, and it just so happens that moscow caught an isis cell at the same time as this and this is in the midst of a seemingly final offensive by isis in syria which russia blames the US for.
