If we keep allies and nuclear out of the direct battle hypothesis, I do think in the longterm EU would win due to:
better supply routes
navy supremacy
self sufficiency in food, medicine, supply production within the EU.
Shortages of food, medicine and common supplies with a possible famine as an outcome in Russia.
Overwhelming manpower once Conscripts are called up from the EU.

- self sufficiency in food, medicine, supply production within the EU.
- Shortages of food, medicine and common supplies with a possible famine as an outcome in Russia.
- Overwhelming manpower once Conscripts are called up from the EU.
I think it is probably safe to say that it would be outside factors that decide the winner.
Whether the US/China/Other Asia, got involved, and on whos side, would determine the outcome.
And one or more of them would undoubtedly get involved.
