15 or so very distinct cultures each having their own own languages and ideas can never succeed. The people are too disparate to meld together into a functional unit. The UK being free of that means they won't be dragged down trying to restore their own governmental functions without needing to remove a bazillion pages of BS rules and regulations dreaamt up by a cluster of foreigners.
When it collapses, it isn't going to be pretty. Think end of the warsaw pact, but worse. Entire economies will collapse.
