We don't have a free market but instead something in between that and state capitalism; it's a free market (with all the competetion and lack of support) for citizens but cronyism with protected monopolies, lobbyist-crafted regulations, and government bailouts for execs and corporations.

I'm all for the free market but it seems like a problem that top executives are earning so much more than average workers.
