Before Brexit: "We all know which immigrants you're really talking about. You only want them blocked/deported because you're racist!"
After Brexit: "It's a total mystery which immigrants we're talking about here. You know I bet it's highly skilled Europeans!"
There was only one major influx of immigrants that could account for these numbers, and they weren't Europeans or skilled workers.

So basically, almost the entire fall is made up of EU citizens. I am guessing those citizens will be mostly made up of highly skilled workers due to the requirements they would need to meet to live and work here, and also the cost of moving from another EU country.
