You're assuming that all 14 people providing information were actually in members of the group that was arrested. It read to me as though they were ancillary players in the whole thing.
But otherwise, I'm all for hanging the lot of them. I don't care how the crazy reached the forefront of their minds.

The fact that they had at least 12 Confidential Informants and 2 undercover FBI agents there involved in arresting 15 people is pretty absurd. The agents and informants organizing most aspects of the entire thing should give them a good defense for entrapment.
