Fuck that. Not only is the bottle only allegedly modified. Not only are they simply making up charges. They're not even following the actual law in regards to molotov cocktails.
In the United States, Molotov cocktails are considered "destructive devices" under the National Firearms Act and regulated by the ATF.
I hope this case gets thrown out due to improper charges.
