I consider the responsibility reversed. Everyone that "cares for their well-being", as you put it, have no right to demand everyone else accommodate them. They are the ones that must self-isolate. Meanwhile everyone that can't do that should be allowed to roll the dice and get on with their lives.

The government has the right and responsibility to take active measures to ensure public health and safety.
Any argument you make against that is you throwing a temper tantrum at being told to do something. Grow up.
If you decide you don't want to abide, then go isolate yourself. Sane individuals don't agree with you and don't want to risk their health based on your assurances of personal health.
You can choose not to wear a mask, but don't try to inflict your ideas on others who care for their well being. You may suffer a rude lesson.
