The armed citizen was part of a
pro-BLMmilitia group. He was there to defend against the rioting/looting and to protect the BLM protests. This whole encounter went from 1 to 100 in 3 seconds. edit correction: I dont know if it was specifically a pro-BLM group, but it wasnt anti.
