And how about the constitutional protection of the rights and well-being of those individuals harmed by their senseless violence? Are they then to be ignored?

If you can't make your point without destroying something, you're doing it wrong or your point was moot. The second amendment was not created to protect the criminal from justice.

Occupy was moved off of wall street without major violence and they had quite a long visit. They seem to have done a very good job at getting people's attention and staying in the news. If you're upset because the snowflakes in Seattle don't make the national news unless they start destroying things, then perhaps you should examine your motives for wanting them to make the national news. As far as I can see, their idiocy only affects the idiots around them who haven't put them in jail for criminal trespass and that is not national news.

You're right those filthy revolutionist should have just knocked it off. I mean what were they thinking? No one is going to support ANYONE who destroys property. Their only hurting their own cause.

Occupy was shut down across the country by swap teams sweeping through camps and trampling everything before throwing it all into the dump. It was not a peaceful "well i guess we've said all we can, time to move on" from the protesters.

You make many assumptions on my stance and what I support. Seattle was a fascinating study. That was an attempt at an extended sit in, a nonviolent assembly promoting civil disobedience. And if you watched more than fox news you would have seen more than the same armed man standing alongside criminal activity. You would have seen the community building, the garden being a very notable aspect of that. But also outreach programs to connect people in need to services.

And I'm sorry but if trespassing, vandalizing and seizing public or federal land, is in your eyes, grounds to be shot and killed. Then I would like to share something you may have missed https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Occupation_of_the_Malheur_National_Wildlife_Refuge
