The vast majority of Americans working 40+ hours a week on a paycheck that can barely pay for a rental.

Do the 70% of American working class who earn less than 70k a year not deserve an opportunity to escape the predatory rental market and live the American dream to actually own a fucking home not matter?

I suggest you go review the actual data on this, I think you are incorrect in the assumptions you are making about America's demographics. The "vast majority of Americans" is in fact, not "barely able to pay for a rental". Factually.

And you don't need 70k to own a home. I know because I did it for about half that. You just need more than an ENTRY LEVEL child's job. Someone who spends their entire life in minimum wage has only themselves to blame. I recall making $12 an hour at Burger King day 1 over ten years ago.
