We've all seen the stories and videos that have been coming out of Philly, Chicago, and Baltimore.
Surely not everyone has: throw up a link?
Hundreds Of "Teens" Attack & Rob Random People In Baltimore
Philly Police: 24-year-old attacked in broad daylight in Society Hill by group of "kids"
Philly: Nearly 60 "Teens" Terrorize South Street On Fourth Of July
Hundreds Of "Teens" Run Through Downtown Chicago, Fighting And Disobeying Police
At least 38 "people" shot in Chicago during violent Memorial Day weekend
Thanks, good for context.
As far as trying to do something about it, I don't think this counts. Trying to repel youths like mosquitoes and possibly damaging small children in the process:
A health regulator in Germany reported that although the risk to teenagers is "relatively low," for smaller children there is a risk from lengthy exposure, with adults unable to hear and move away. "The onset of dizziness, headache, nausea and impairment is to be expected."
is obviously doing absolutely nothing about the underlying social problems causing this.
Philadelphia, 13 to 25 year olds; they are leaving out another important part of the demographic that makes this necessary. We've all seen the stories and videos that have been coming out of Philly, Chicago, and Baltimore. Good for Philly trying to do something about it.
