Perfect example of health care reform the country actually needs. Not the nightmare bill of goods we were sold.

Congress made them or less standard by linking federal funding to states adopting such a law.

This is a form of coercion. The State's citizens send that money to Washington in the first place and then Washington applies conditions to get it back. Horrible!

The North Carolina Constitution bans monopolies, and the CON law effectively creates and preserves a monopoly by making it difficult or outright impossible for competitors to open a business.

That's crony Capitalism at its best.
