I sure hope there is. Why would anybody even need one of those? There is no legitimate use! Besides, there are excavators that are so much more powerful than the hand tools that regular citizens have, and you are deluding yourself if you think equipment that you can fit in the trunk of your car can get the job done. All these tool nutjobs need to realize it is 2018, and I feel very unsafe knowing that my neighbor could be collecting an arsenal of tools in his home.
