You do if you're innocent.

No. Once detained you are not free to leave until the officer releases you.
And she was not 'innocent'. She was a minor in possession of alcohol. Watch the video.

She did not initiate violence, the cop did

She tried to walk away, then fought with the officer when he grabbed her.
The first strike was thrown by her.

she was a kid being harassed

She was a minor caught with liquor, by a cop doing his job.

Harass? A cop doing his job is harassment?

Yes harassment.

No. Once detained you are not free to leave until the officer releases you.

She was not arrested or detained until after the cop beat her.

The first strike was thrown by her.

She pushes the cop away with the flat of her hands. The cop used unecessary and disproportionate force.

Yes harassment.

If you think enforcing the law is 'harassment' then I invite you to move to a lawless region like Somalia or Liberia, and let me know how that 'paradise' works out for you.

She was not arrested or detained ..

Uhh.. You've no idea what you're talking about, but you don't let that hold you back eh?
She was detained. If you don't understand what that word means google it.

She pushes the cop

Good to see you finally admit that she instigated it.

If you think enforcing the law is 'harassment'

It depends how you do it.

then I invite you to move to a lawless region like Somalia or Liberia, and let me know how that 'paradise' works out for you.

Please leave your straw man at home.

The cop did not arrest or detain her before the assault.

The cop clearly instigated a violent assault which could have easily been avoided.
