continued to harass her
Harass? A cop doing his job is harassment?
she declined to give her last name and walked away
It's a cop.
You don't get to walk away.
That would be because she didn't
I gave you the video. She did, anyone can watch and see.
She initiated a fight with a cop. The cop went easy on her. He would not have been so gentle and patient with a man.
Harass? A cop doing his job is harassment?
Doing his job badly.
It's a cop. You don't get to walk away.
You do if you're innocent.

I did watch and see, I encourage other people reading this thread to do the same. She did not initiate violence, the cop did, she was a kid being harassed over a percieved misdemeanor.

He was neither gentle or patient.
How do you know he would have reacted differently if it had been a man?

I notice you have failed to respond to this?
You do if you're innocent.
No. Once detained you are not free to leave until the officer releases you.
And she was not 'innocent'. She was a minor in possession of alcohol. Watch the video.
She did not initiate violence, the cop did
She tried to walk away, then fought with the officer when he grabbed her.
The first strike was thrown by her.
she was a kid being harassed
She was a minor caught with liquor, by a cop doing his job.
OK from the video from your post titled
She cooperated and took a breath test which showed negative for alchohol. The cop instead of letting it pass continued to harass her, she declined to give her last name and walked away, the cop the persued her and knocked her to the ground. He then punched her in the head multiple times.
That would be because she didn't, she was harrassed and assaulted by a public servant.
