Doesn't that potentially violate US nepotism laws?

EDIT: Apparently the statute does not actually include the White House, go figure.

Think the loophole here is the position is "senior adviser" (which could basically mean anything) and this position does not require U.S. Senate confirmation. Unlike ministers etc

IMO this is a bad omen of what is to come.

Meh, who's to really say if he will or will not do a good job in that position without doing the work to see if he's fit (i've not done that). And I honestly can't see it being worse than having a son be the President only two terms after his father was. Trump will always be the better of the two shitty possibilities when it comes to how it played out IMO.

he's 35 year old real estate investor and business man..... Imo the only reason he's nominated for that position are dodgy as fuck. (Trump needs real-estate advise?)

Hillary doesn't matter anymore, I don't get why people keep mentioning her when someone critisizes Trump these days. The trick might have worked on people during the election but not anymore.

No matter who you voted for, both sides should look to Trump very critically. He said a lot of crazy shit during his run for election and has everything to prove.
