At the very least I think its disingenuous to call them "his own experts," considering that the department of health selects the director of the CDC.
Either way, I'm not a fan of the politics of Trump, Independent, or the CDC. Its just frustrating to see people argue about unproven theories when there are real issues to be discussed.

I don't think the article is doing that. I think they're reporting that the President of the USA holds beliefs which are dangerous to public health.
