From what I can find in articles is she never hid the fact she made the notes under the text herself. I can't find anything on my reliable news sources about this though.
Seems fox and others used "Forged" earlier in reporting but quikly edited title + text and took the news from headline spot
Breitbart is still running with the title though.

In all fairness this "news" has nothing to do with the accusations being either false or true. She just openly said she added notes below Moore's inscription....
