I'm guessing "just doing it" and bullying/ threathening works 99 out of 100 times for these cops. Mostly the repercussions are being put on paid leave or some soft bullshit when caught anyway.
Arresting a nurse who was within her rights and upholding legitimate company policy in her workspace...... how low can you get.....
Where is her supervisor, higher managment or the hospital lawyer anyway? You'd guess someone could be signalled during this to come and speak on behalf of the hospital to the cop.

I can never understand how the officers involved always seem to obviously walk into these situations unaware of the potential consequences. Why not just get a warrant or place the guy under arrest?
