I saw an argument a few weeks back that the definition ("To rove and raid in search of plunder.") could be aptly applied to BLM looting.

Nothing wrong with having a bug out place. I'd like it focus more on the outdoor recreation, hunting, fishing, camping, with reliable water and electricity. Cabins instead of underground fall out shelters (maybe the shelter is cheaper). And you can hold off on the watchtowers until the shit goes down.
