Great, that moron can also get a federal license to practice his 8th amendment rights, 1st amendment rights, and 5th amendment rights. Oh, and all the ones for due process.
Trey Gowdy said it best that it is not reasonable to petition the government for permission to a right. Can you imagine what it would be like if you had to ask for permission for due process? Or to not be tortured in prison when you skip on child support payments or get arrested because someone dropped a joint in your car and you didn't notice?
People like this should flat out be removed from politics and thrown into jail until death for these kinds of unconstitutional attempts. It's not like the Constitution is a new thing or had something added to it that people need to struggle with to understand. It's been there for 200 years and there's no reason why people just can't "get it."
