This is simple. If some gay wants you to bake a cake, you just say, "i am against 'Your politics' so I refuse to serve you. Legal loophole has now been established, and not a single Democrat can complain. Legally, a person could create a segregated space by kicking out anyone they think is a Democrat, and since 90%+ of blacks are Democrats, you could make that claim. As long as you kept your mouth shut about it, since these "crimes" are thought crimes based on motive, if your motive is not on the banned motives/thoughts list, there is no rule that says otherwise.
