I mean, if they admit that they broke that border law and they cannot present just cause that they had no choice but to cross the border due to an immediate and lethal threat, then yes they should be immediately deported.
On the other hand, if we justify the breakdown of the justice system so that one person can be "judge, jury, and executioner" (so to speak), then it is not too much further down before we start doing this for other people or reasons.
