Unfortunately almost any change negatively affects the world somehow. As the deployment grows, there may solutions developed, such as audible or visual bird deterrents.
I have solar power, and the town's boards took their own sweet time approving the permits, to make sure the ground cover and natural habitats weren't being negatively impacted. It was frustrating, but I appreciate the concern.
