CEOs of big tech companies: You almost certainly have incels as employees. What are you going to do about it?

Sounds like shes advocating prostitution as an addition to the employee benefits program.

But seriously, anyone that takes this bait is a noob. 5 years ago it was "forever alone," and now its "incel." Just one more way to get insecure and impressionable people fighting about shit that doesn't matter.

What are you going to do about it?

Implement programs and solutions that help people who are frustrated with romance and sexuality find solutions to their crippling loneliness? Well that's a hard problem, but I'm sure with some human ingenuity and --- oh no .. wait .. wait .. no she's just saying we should ban them. See there's a percentage of them that advocate violence, and rather than just moderate them, we should just ban all of them.

Men aren't allowed to be frustrated with crippling loneliness. If they are, then someone is obviously wrong with them.

Given that this is Reddit's ex-CEO we're talking about, I think its obvious that banning shit is all she knows how to do.

By the way, I seriously don't buy for a second that lonely men are actually contemplating violence, let alone that something needs to be done to prevent it. Violent men create solitude for themselves. Solitude does not create violence.

Trust me when I say that I personally understand the woes of the incel "movement," but I've also lived long enough to realize that my own standards and personality deficits were the reason for my status. As such, I have no more sympathy for incels than I do for feminists. Both need to get over themselves and settle, or accept that they are consciously choosing solitude. Neither option is wrong, but blaming the world for everything is.
