The choice of which ads to block will be determined by the Coalition for Better Ads (CBA) - made up of companies including Google and Facebook.

Isn't this a blatant antitrust law violation? Google, one of the largest advertising companies in the world, will block ads published by competing advertising companies on its Chrome platform, which has a 50% share in all internet browser usage worldwide.
