The "Human Uber" service in Japan is sending surrogates with tablets on their faces to events for people who can’t attend

This is one of those things that doesn't surprise me in the least. Both considering it's Japan and it seemed like it was bound to happen eventually. But regardless, that's still just fucking weird.
